Delivery Team Supervisor (UAE Branch)

The key responsibility of this role is to manage the daily operations of vehicle dispatch to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers. This includes coordinating with Drivers, monitoring order fulfillment, optimizing route efficiency, and maintaining high service standards. The position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to quickly adapt to changing demands, and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
You should possess the minimum criteria listed below:
- With Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in dispatching or logistics, preferably in food delivery or a similar industry.
- Higher Secondary Diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics, transportation management, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and route optimization tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to manage on-the-spot challenges.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of UAE rules, regulations, and routes.
- Flexibility to work early morning or late shifts as needed, and familiarity with the local area or delivery zones.
- With Valid UAE Manual Driving License.
